As I transition into my nursing career, I recognize the importance of engaging in evidence-based practices (EBP) to enhance patient outcomes and improve overall quality of care. My plan is to be actively involved in researching and integrating my findings into my clinical decision making skills set. By staying current on different, I aim to provide care that involves the latest advancements in healthcare. 
          In order to implement this plan, I plan to participate in opportunities such as workshops and conferences that focus on EBP. I would also encourage my team to engage in discussions about recent research findings and how we can apply them to daily practice. It is important to share insights of what has worked and hasn't worked in the past for one another to improve care strategies. 
          The potential impact of integrating EBP into nursing care can be very impactful. Thee practices can reduce errors and increase patient satisfaction. EBP enhances the quality of care we can provide and empowers nurses and can lead to an overall healthier community.
